If you are having problems with the HID head lights it is probably the ballast and is located on the bottom of each light. New it cost $275 but can be found on e-bay used for about $100. The bulb cost about $110. Be careful with bulb as you cannot touch the glass part. Oil from your hand will cause it to explode when it gets hot. I was told it was bulb. Then I was told it was light switch. Then they told me it was fuse box and would cost about $3,000 to replace. I found out it had ballast and they are not part of the bulb like the auto part store said. Took ballast from left side and put it on right side and light worked. I spent a total of $500 to fix a $100 problem. Ballast are good for only 3,000 hours so you take a chance buying one that is used.

the fuse is #110, it is in the power distribution box under the hood, it also runs the moon roof, so if the moon roof works the fuse is good, if this is the case the heated seat switch is the likely cause and by far the most common..

SOURCE: 2004 Lincoln navigator misfire on cylinder 8 error code p318

Replace the coil pack once more. I went through 2 new ones on my f150 on one cylinder. One worked, the other didn't (both new off the shelf). Condensation build up in the boot caused mine to misfire. Anytime you replace a coil pack, squirt a little silicone grease inside. This will prevent condensation from hitting your plug. Fords are notorius for this problem, especially if you live in a humid area. Also, make sure and clear the codes after you make the repair.

SOURCE: How do you replace the CABIN AIR FILTER in a 2003

You will have to remove glovebox and possibly dash panel to access the cabin filter compartment. Once you get the screws out and open the door, you then can pull out and exchange the filter

Replace the O2 Sensor and look at replacing the wires and Plugs. The engine seems to idle fine but hesitates and sputters under a load. Those are all Ignition system symptoms. The O2 Sensor would not normally be my first area of concern in a vehicle but you are right on the line as far as needing a replacement. Replace the Spark plugs and wires even if you aren't at that point in mileage and consider replacing the O2 sensor. It may very well be a crankcase sensor or Crank Position sensor but those should be under warranty unless the vehicle has 150000 miles on it. They rarely go out this early in the life span of the vehicle unless it has been abused.

Power seat transmission on 2004 Lincoln Navigator-.Can this be a switch or fuse issue? Or is it sound like replacing the seating transmission?

Before guessing as too what the problem is , viewing wiring diagrams , an reading factory service info. on what makes it work an then testing electrical circuits would be the proper way of finding the problem . After looking at a wiring diagram i see a relay for each third row folding seats . One for the right an one for the left one . It's probably just a bad relay . Located in the Auxiliary relay box # 2 . Have to look in service info for the location of that box . Will get back to you after dinner .

1st thing, replace your fuel filter? Verify cylinder 3 misfire isn't either a spark plug or coil. Swap cylinder 2 and 3 and see if the code turns into a p0302.

I have a 2004 lincoln navigator and my mirrors doesnt work and the drivers seat also i think is a fuse but i dont have the owners manual can you help me where the fuses for this functions are

The mirrors and seat are controlled by the DRM, Driver seat module. It also controls other stuff, memory seat & mirror positions.

go to motorcraft.com, pro center, tech info, owner manual and ou can read your manual on line. It is Ford's site for customers.
