okay these are controlled by the power mirror folding switch and module and they are powered all the time. you need to check the fuses in central junction box. check fuse f1.22 that is a 10 amp fuse and check fuse f1.3 that is a 7.5 amp fuse. they both need to be good make sure. if they are then you may have a broken wire in the door jam boot on the drivers side let me know how you make out and if you need more help! will be glad to. good luck

With both battery cables disconnected find a socket to fit the crank pulley and turn it a bit clock wise then turn it a bit counter clockwise . When your battery is low on power the starter can stay engaged and get stuck there . Make sure the battery is fully charged before you hook it back up . If after you charge the battery and hook it back up it gives a big spark then the starter is still stuck ,, move the crank by hand and try again . there are other things to try and other things that could be wrong ,, but this is the most common and easy to check first...
