At first if would crank a few times before sarting, until 1 day it just didnt start. Car was down for about a year to to engine problem. Before it broke it was fine, but after it started doing this. I have chagnge cam sensor, spark plugs, fuel filter and checked timing. Any suggestions?

Have you tried replacing the starter? I know starters can go bad if the car is not started or run for a long time.
I am getting the same car, with the same issue.. it sat for 2 yrs and won't start.
My mechanic told me it is probably a starter.

have someone perform a leak down test on each cylinder. This will tell you if you possibly bent a valve on any of the cylinders. If you did you need to remove the cyl. head to have it looked at. If the leak down test is good on all cylinders you should be good with just replacing the timing belt and tensioner. The likely hood that you didn't bend a valve is slim since that motor is an interference motor.
