shouldn't cost more than a couple dollars. You won't even need tools it's a plastic hand screw.
there should be a sticker around the driver door that will tell you. if that fails you can always write the VIN down and search it most times the basic info is free (ie: make/mode/MFG year)
Check the owner's manual.
There are fuses under the hood as well as by the driver's side floor, where the hood release is.
If the cover is gone go get one at the junk yard.
