Can you tell me why my lights dont work on my licince plate even after i changed the bulbs on my 1990 acura integra

get a noid lite and check to see if computer is pulsing injectors

Along the firewall there is a pressure test point (looks like a tire valve) push the valve in to see if there is fuel and pressure.

I'm guessing there is NOT if you can spray fuel and start.

If there is you may want to get a pressure gauge and make sure the pressure is high enough.

If NOT, you need to chase back why you don't have pressure.
is there power to the relay ?
Is the relay switching ?
Is there power to the pump ?

change the idle air control solenoid. very common for this to stall the car at idle. once going it is not in use. best of luck

Easiest way to do this is go to a junkyard and take one off another car. shouldn't cost more than a couple dollars. You won't even need tools it's a plastic hand screw.

there should be a sticker around the driver door that will tell you. if that fails you can always write the VIN down and search it most times the basic info is free (ie: make/mode/MFG year)

Check the owner's manual. There are fuses under the hood as well as by the driver's side floor, where the hood release is. If the cover is gone go get one at the junk yard. Comes in handy, even a fuse puller and spares in there

The vehicle grade is denoted in the 6th digit, in your case "4" indicates an RS model.
