I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. Do you have normal compression, fuel pressure, and spark ?
You may have damaged the head gaskets.

My wife has a 97 town and country. For about 2 weeks the instrument panel
was going out then coming back on. A couple days ago it got bad. The van would start and run only several seconds then the engine would shut down.
I took the Instrument panel out and it started and stayed running. I pulled the
PC board found the bad Soder connections and resodered them. Problem
was gone and the P1698 code erased. Best thing is it did not cost me anything and the van is fixed !

Have the codes read. This will start you in the right direction. Quit taking advice from people who are guessing. The van died , the check engine light is on. read the codes and then we can help. Unless you want me to guess also.

what do you mean by it won't start/? does it do anything ?? does it at lease crank over??? if not this you might wanna get your starter wires/connections checked out.. or check if you have a Fuel pump reset button anywhere

If i remember correctly these vans have amps. and it sounds like your amp is out or one of your radio channels is out. hope this helps ya.

I do not believe there is a fix by Chrysler. My van has 50000 and seems oil consumption is getting worse. It is either past the valve seals or the piston oil control ring. I believe Chrysler KNOWS ALL ABOUT THIS! If you google search this there are to many complaints! 1 quart every 3 thousand miles is not exceptable unless you are driving a model T!
