Hi sarah your problem is related to a speedometer sensor switch located on the gearbox its an electrical speedo on the megans, its fairly handy to replace, and if you were to go into any renault garage and purchase the part by giving the year make and model any garage will fit this within 10 min cheeper than renault dealership , goodluck

Which Renault Megane ,2009 15 l,don't have a Flywheel ?

Yep, those are all words, but thrown randomly at the screen in no particular order with funky punctuation. :>D Normally I edit, but this masterpiece should stay.

Here is your replacement flywheel for a 2009 Renault Megane 1.5

Is it diesel? Better to go by engine code. Most are out of stock here but shows the range.

2009 Renault Megane Dymonique. Where can I locate the Drivers Air Bag Sensor please?

Question edited for clarity and spelling.
Question moved to sub category.

Hidden under the carpet. You probably have a leak under there. It is very dangerous to work on these. You must disconnect the battery.

Speedometer doesnt work on my 2001 megane. all speed sensors for abs are ok and needle moves when u put cluster into self test mode

I still suspect the cluster has a problem that is causing this malfunction, it is really a computer. Remove the cluster and have it repaired at a local factory approved repair center.

I have a renault megane 1998, central locking suddenly stopped working tested key fob thats OK

It could be your onboard computer or locking module, as the guy next door had an identical problem on his Megane. A tech came and changed a module then programmed the 'brains'.

My Renault Megane Scenic S reg heater is not working

Most likely to be a faulty resistor block, which has 3 resistors and a thermal fuse controlling fan speeds 1,2 and 3, maximum speed 4 by-passes the resister block. It may also be poor electrical connections to the resistor block caused by overheating. Renault ask for approximately £350 to carry out repairs, a replacement resistor block will cost £50. If you decide to carry out the repairs yourself, be advised that if you are not competent to carry out such work you, could cause electrical damage or worse an electrical fire.

Renault megan 1998 diffucult to get into 1 st gear

Hi, My postmans Megane has the same grief, I tried changing the power steering fluid but made it worse, looks like the pump itself.
If your clutch is heavy to then the cable is possibly stretched and needs replacing.
Oh Make sure there aren't any carpets under the clutch stopping the full travel of your pedal.
Good Luck.
