Airconditioner works fine then about 15 miles it quiets. I just had the air conditoner **** down and charged it gets cold . I got in the fuse box under the hood and check the three twenty amp fuses closest to the finder all ok then i pulled the twenty amp fuse closest to the fire wall in the group of three, that fuse went to the cooling fan . Then i put the fuse back in and comprossor stared working again..... I dont know if it is a relay or a fuse or a high or low pressure swich

sounds like your blower motor has stopped working check for power going to the blower system if you have power the blower is probably bad the concern is the lack of a fuse blowing or a breaker not cycling you may have a harness problem sometimes a low grade short will heat up wires then melt them together causing a multisystem failure even though a fuse or breaker didn't blow check you harness
If the compressor is working, and the system is properly charged, I would guess the accumulator is plugged, or the expansion valve is bad. I would need to know the high and low operating pressures to give a better guess.
simply "adding a can"is a good way to end up with non-functional A/C. the typical system has high/low pressure switches that enable/disable the system. you need to be at the correct volume of refrigerant as specified on the sticker under the hood. i recommend using the proper equipment, evacuating, pulling a vacuum, and then refilling the system with the appropriate amount.
you have a blend air system. this means that it uses both the a/c and heat to control the cab temp. there are doors that open and close using servo motors and chances are one or more of these motors might have shorted out. unfortunately they are under the dash and a pain to get to. i would advice that you take it to a shop and let a qualified tech replace them. it will save you alot of frustration in the long run
