I would check the ground connection as often the ground will reconnect when fuse is connected a spark may occur at the vehicle ground.

trans will raise line pressure when cold that will cause hydraulic pump to scream causing that noise, so check your temperature gage and t-stat to make sure its getting up to temperature has intended by manufacture a cold engine will hold gears longer and at hi press until working temp is reached. good luck.

Not sure about the weird things happening. but for sure if the battery died that quick it has a load on it. or a small draw of current. a small light bulb stuck on. Dome, trunk, hood, or glove box. the other thing could be a slowly failing alternator. further thoughts on the battery explosion. acid may have got something and shorting a circuit. make weird thing happen. This would throw a check engine code and since you are not seeing one, you should have it scanned to see if the check engine light is bad. It could be the transmission control module or the dash assembly.

unbolt the battery cable ends and remove from the battery terminals install in reverse. most recommend disconnecting the negative first then the positive one then reconnect in opposite direction.

Blocked fuel filter or bad fuel pump.

This is absolutely normal it's the same with my audi, water drips from exhaust pipe.
