Injector light on with no power
You will need to get a good mechanic to look at this. This sounds like the vehicle has gone into "Limp Mode". This is where the ECU has detected something in the electronics that is listed as serious and it restricts the engine to prevent more damage.
Does the vehicle start and run? Can you get access to the injector? There is a simple test you can do if you can get to the injectors. All you need is an extra long screwdriver or something similar. *Note* The engine will be running when you do this so be careful. Try this.
Start the engine. Press the tip of the screwdriver against the first injector. Put your ear to the handle, *Note* it will be louder than you expect. You're listening for a fast, even, regular ticking noise. Get a helper to GENTLY press the accelerator pedal to listen for any change in the sound. Repeat this method for each of the other injectors. If the sound is uneven or sounds wrong to you get a good mechanic to check to see if that injector needs replacing.

starting in 2nd gear on modern tranny smacks of transmission TCM locked into LIMP-HOME mode, and you ignoring vast PCM TCM DTC errors. buy a scan tool and use it.
the tool is free, ROI(econ) of near instant if 1 hour of labor saved the tool is free,same with service manual from fiat.

THe problem you are having is with the anti-theft system on your car. You will need a professional caliber scan tool to scan all the modules is the car to get an idea of what the reasoning is for the security light. Sometimes this can be fixed by simply replacing the battery in your key fob, other times a locksmith can cut a new key and program it to your car. THis can also be caused by module or CAN bus failures. I would suggest calling the locksmith first

stuck in reverse any m/T box the 2 top causes;.
CLUTCH not stuck enaged , and dead, and MC and slave cylinder is dray and leaking and Resevor not dry.
to get neutral on any dead clutch simple release all brakes
then 1 person at the stick (no hills, please and no curbs and rocks under tires (tyre./) have person too wiggle car forward and back;
jog the car body and BAM the shifter gain NETURAL
