No, but there is a manifold air temperature sensor on the intake manifold that serves much the same purpose.

sounds like short in "closed door switch" in door frame. or perhaps loose or bad switch. look for a plunger or fip type switch. works like the "light off" switch in your refrigerator.

HAVE AUTO ZONE SCAN CAR THEY WILL DO IT FREE THEY WILL TELL WHAT TROUBLE IS CODE.

depends on engine if its a 4.0L may be the crank sensor located in the top of the transmission bell housing sensor reads of the teeth on the flexplate(flywheel)

I have that problem at times and mine I just have to push the automatic shifter forward towards park... there is spot where it lets your key free... It might be something else but I have grown used to pushing that shifter all the way with a little extra force...

sometimes the neutral safety switch goes out and thus it doesn't start... I had that go out in my 96 jeep cherokee sport 4x4... changed the fuel pump out and then found out... I had it changed so I don't know how to do that part.... anyway hope that helps

Can you turn on the lights with the Interior light switch?. If a light works, obviously the fuse is good. You will need a wiring diagram and a test light to figure out where to start.

their is a valve in the gas pipe feed from the regulator to the inlet manifold ,if you remove this valve and only partially cover the hole with a piece of coca cola can then it will idle but this is a last resort and dangerous so buy a new valve

Change the EGR valve and it should fix the problem........Hope this helps.

Mate,I hope this can help you.There is a fuel filter down on the chassis rail near the fuel tank.It is very often overlooked if you don't know it's there.Also.Check for any inlet manifold leaks.If you have replaced a bad filter and things came good,it may have seemed liked it fixed a hidden problem.
Or.Check the new filter.You may have got a bad dose of gunk or water in the fuel.
To fix water in the tank.Add 1 litre of metholated spirits to 20 litres of fuel.

Three possible things
The alternator you purchased is a bad one
The voltage regulator is faulty
The battery is faulty

not working at all or just in certain speeds? check power to the blower switch and check the blower fuse

They are bolted on at a high torque.

sounds like the fan switch is bad or maybe a fuse

Slight language barrier here "tickovers?" But, I think you need to clean out the throttle body. If that doesn't help, check for vacuum leaks in lines and if necessary clean the idle air control valve. Once removed from the TB, do not turn the plunger, just clean it and the passageway in the TB. Take care not to loose the rubber "O" ring.

that usaly means rod or main bearing failure, Soon it will let itself out of the motor if unattended
