HelloThe engine and automatic transmission in this vehicles drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL A TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM

By the air pump assembly you have few hoses that are filling up all the air bags and also the air tank. Looking from the front of your vehicle the assembly for the air pump is a black box on your distant right in the back. The first hose on the box closest to you is filling the air tank (it is marked on the side of the box "6"), the second hose on the box is for the exhaust air (you should not worry about), the rest four of the hoses are for your wheel's bags. If you connect the splitters to them than you can fit the tire valves to them and fill it up with the air. The pressure should not exceed 70lb psi. Until you find the problem with the suspension, you can make the ride more comfy.If your Rover has blown hose, I would go to garage to find the spot, on mine it was well hidden under the body and between the rear differential. Hard to see and hard to diagnose. Good luck.

Could your throttle position sensor, or Idle Control Valve be sticking?

Starter solenoid? If you replaced the starter but not the solenoid, the solenoid could working the the contacts inside are corroded/burnt and will not put power to the starter. Either that or the starter has a dead spot in it. Just because the part is new/rebuilt doesn't mean its perfect. Please rate my answer so I am awarded points for it.
