Feul problem
Lots of things could cause a no-start, Hendrik. Is your "Check Engine" light on? If so, please have someone get the OBD error codes from the car's computer.
Does it crank but not fire?
If it doesn't crank, check the battery condition, battery connections, ground connections to frame and engine block, starter solenoid, starter motor.
If it cranks, doublecheck your fuel pump installation. Make sure the new fuel pump is properly connected and properly electrically grounded. Look for a fuel pump fuse. Check for proper fuel pressure at the fuel rail, check the fuel flow rate. Check for spark, check or replace spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, plug wires. Check valve timing, replace timing belt or chain if necessary. Check compression.

I want to tow a kia sportage can I use a tow dolly
If you have a four wheel drive Sportage, you will destroy your transmission by towing the vehicle with the rear wheels on the road and the engine not running. The problem is that the wheels will spin the transmission, causing wear on it since there is no transmission oil flowing while the vehicle engine is not running. You can, however, remove the rear driveshaft from the Sportage and that will allow you to safely use a tow dolly, since the rear wheels will be free spinning.

When going up hills I lose momentum I changed the plugs, wires, and 02 sensor and it goes up to 3 rpms why isn't it fixed?
First check for any codes, then test vacuum with a good vac guage. When reving engine the vacuum should drop and then climb back up. Check for vacume leaks by spraying carb cleaner at any vacume hoses and intake areas but not at air filter.
then also check compression as well as look at spark plugs to see that they are all tan and no differences in any one. Go to
YouTube and search for how to test engine with a vacuum gauge.
Most any problem with an engine can be diagnosed with a vacuums gauge but do use a second test method as you have learned replacing parts hoping to fix a problem is costly.

Adjust a power stering belt
There are bolts you have to loosen at the top and bottom of the pulley/pump. Then there is a bracket at the side that has a long bolt you have to tighten the belt with. Look at the belt first and make sure it is not rotten/cracked. If so, I would replace all of them.

KIA sportage 2001 127000km jerking under load got new spark plugs coils airmass meter throttle switch
Hi
It is always expensive to throw parts at a problem and there are ways to test each of these components so you may avoid it in the future. A service or shop manual will have the testing parameters.
Intermittent problems are very difficult to resolve as you have experienced. Interestingly I have found that many of these problems get traced to a bad ground. A ground cable that is corroded, loose etc. This includes at the battery, and any ground strap between engine and frame, etc. These can again be located via a shop manual.
Another bit of advice; look for simple tune-up and vacuum problems first. Vacuum hoses that may be loose at the engine as a vacuum leak can cause some odd problems. If you spray the engine area with carb cleaner or wd-40 and note a change in the rpm you can locate any vacuum leaks. Repair the leak as a leak of this type makes it difficult for the computer controlled system to give the correct air-fuel mix. Fuel pressure, air filter condition, fuel injector leaks all can lead to the problem you describe.
If your air filter is clean and fuel pressure correct then try a injection cleaner. If this has an automatic transmission the feed back from this may also be an issue. At some point you may find that it is cheaper to get a experienced tech to resolve the problem.
I would also ask if you used new parts or if you used parts from a junkyard or via online reseller of used electronic parts? I would point out here that buying used electronic parts is very risky and often may not resolve a problem since it too has the same defect or weakness that led to your cars problem.
Last, there may be a kia/sportage forum online where owners of these vehicles trade advice on issues relating to the vehicles.

How do you get airbag codes out of 01 kia sportage
You have to read them with a higher quality code reader. The same plug that you check "engine light" codes with will also do ABS, airbags, and many other systems. The basic engine code reader will not do the other systems - just the PCM codes (engine and trans). See if any of the auto part stores, service centers, etc in your area that read codes for free have a machine that will read airbags. But remember that a code must be there for light to be on. If you clear the code and issue is still there (usually bad clock spring in steering wheel) the light will just come back on.
