Open the oil filler lid and see if the noise goes away - or lift the oil dip stick. It could be a gummed up PCV system that causes pressure in the crank case that "whistles" when the engine is running. By opening the lid or dip stick, you're letting the pressure out and the whistling should stop. If this is the issue, FCP Euro has a PCV replacement kit for about $350.

the sunroof motor is bad

It sounds like your ABS modulator is failing. It will probably need to be replaced. You could also try and flush the brake fluid to see if it will resolve the issue.

Have your car scanned for trouble codes and repair as necessary. More than likely you have a misfire due to worn ignition components: spark plugs, wires,etc.

check your fuse in position 38 in the fuse box....this fuse is for the car's alarm system but also seems to work the sunroof, I have a problem with this fuse when its not blown the sunroof opens with no problems but when it blows the roof will not open I am not sure how they are tied in together but they are....so I would say that you have an electrical issue....do not replace the motor until you check this first

it sounds like a bad connection to me . open your fuse box and check behind it . leave ignition on and wiggle the wires. if you do find a one that makes the lights flicker take it off and clean the terminal's. also try and reach up behind the dash for loose connection..hope this helps
