Winshield washer motor does not run
The wiper and washer motors us the same fuse. So if the wipers work, it's not the fuse. The washer motor wiring, the top wire is voltage, bottom wire is ground. As you can see, at the wiper/washer switch, #5 sends voltage for washer motor, you can see the wire colors. If good voltage and ground and no washer action suspect the washer motor. Before replacing anything, make sure the plumbing from washer fluid to windshield is not clogged.

I removed a a/c compressor for repair a magnetic
You removed the AC compressor? DId you block it in like A-6 compressors or just open the system? If you did not block it in, then you are required to flush the whole system replace the R/D or dessicant and check the OT or EV. Then you add the oil or seal and add oil charge and evac it and then charge it. This is not going to be cheap. You could have just R/R the clutch without taking the compressor off.

yes each door has an actuator. my guess would lead more towards the wiring than the actuator though. you will ave some time testing to see where the power ends and go from there.

Well, if it works with another ground strap to it. then use it like that. At least you are good to go and have AC for the summer.
Overheating when I sit idle.
Over heating the engine is a serious concern. With the hood raised you should hear the motorized fan turn on just behind the radiator as the engine requires additional cooling.. If you look in from the rear of the radiator you should see the fan blades.
This electric powered motor operates on a thermostat and when the engine temperature rises this fan should come on. I'm assuming from your description that when driving and air is flowing through the radiator as the car travels the engine is nor overheating.
Check fan motor thermostat, check fan motor and check wiring.
