Choke is not functioning. Take air filter off and try using some choke cleaner on all the components.

This is caused by a defective brake master cylinder seal leaking internally..

I have same problem did you find out what it was?

easy rule of nine applies here ,no1 down adjust no8 =9 -------no2 down adjust no7 =9 and so on clear as water .tappet setting here not sure but i would assume its about 12th inlet 15 exhaust

excuse me sir , Kindly explain us what your present problem is ?
For eg . If you hear the engine trying to start and still not able to start , then the problem is not with your battery system .
You can check for engine complaints .
The Fuel injection system might be clogged or contaminated . You can clean it by giving to any nearby workshop .
Other chances are that you might have totalled your engine by running without engine oil . Well dont worry ,
ther are more chances with the wiring system, the wiring system of the engine might be faulty.
. Check the spark plugs of the engine for complaint . Do contact me if u need details on how to do that by yourself .
Please mention in detail what all abnormalities your car shows at present.

Try this. There is a vacuum array on the passenger's side of the engine compartment leading into the box attached to the fire wall. Cap the first tube at the metal tube array with a rubber vacuum tube cap available a the auto parts store. The tube to cap is the one on top, closest to the bumper. I did this to my prelude after looking for the problem for years. It worked and the car runs almost as good as when it was new. The fix is to replace the vacuum switch insid the box on the fire wall, but I have not been able to locate a replacement yet.

Depends if you have a rubber seal around the locks. Which more than likey there is. And there is usaully plastic pieces inside the door on the back of the lock cylinder that connect the little rods to the door handles and the locking switch on the inside of the door. Well short answer, yes you will probably melt something.

first is there gas in the tank first, then check the fuel pump- take out the fuel hose that lead to the carburetor and crank the engine to see if fuel is coming, if not , check all hose leading to the tank - if ok , check the fuel pump- also check fuel filter too . let me know what is doing

If the battery is continually going flat, first test that the alternator is charging at least 13.5 volts at the battery. If that is ok check the current drain when the car is turned off. It should be less than .050Amp (50 milliamps) If all that is ok get the battery tested. If its more than 3 years old its likely to have a weak cell and will need replacing.

BEFORE U TAKE THE TIMING BELT OFF PUT THE CRANK SHAFT ON ITS MARK.IF THE CAM MARKS ARE NOT LINED UP THEN ROTATE THE CRANK 180.THEN U CAN MARK THE POSITION OF THE CAM & CRANK GEARS W/A CRAYON,WHITE OUT ECT.AS LONG AS THE GEARS DO NOT MOVE THEN U WILL BE OK.WITH THE OLD BELT ON U CAN SEE THE TIMING MARKS.

I don't know if you know this but Honda engines turn backwards. Looking at the front of the motor Honda engines turn counter clockwise. All others turn clockwise.

what kind of car?

check relay for propper operation.
check wiering for power and/or ground at the pump.
inspect fuel filter

Have you had the car serviced? make sure fuel filter and spark plugs with Lead are changed.

I would check the seal around the distributor cap as one of the 3 screws are broken most of the time
