How to replace a combination headlight switch on a 1997 lexus sc400
you will need to strip out the steering columm cowling , usually screwed from below part through to top cowling , remove once screws removed , you will then have access to the switch and will see how it is secure in position ,usually two bolts/screws holding it in place remove these and then disconnect the wiring connector , easy if you take your time , also lower steering wheel rake adjuster once cowling removed will give you a bit more room to work in

as you've changed relay it must be the switch ,do the other lights work? test the power out from light switch as may just be a loose connection if other lights ok

Check your ABS system. try pulling fuses and replacing them. see if it's an electrical problem. If that's not the case, try checking your calipers/wheel cylinders for leaks. usually brakes will "grab" when brake fluid leaks onto them.
Replace left headlight
theres two 10mm nuts behind the fenderliner, then the two 10mm bolts on the top, then just pull straight out.
Removing an automatic gear shift out of a sc400
position the shifter into the drive position, pull down on the plastic trim directly underneath the leather portion of the shifter. theres two phillips head screws behind that. remove the shifter knob and the plastic piece. the trim will pop out if you pull directly upwards, disconnect the heated seats(if you have them) and the trac button. hope that helps.

Your amp is in the trunk, on the right side if your facing the rear of the vehicle. remove the trunk carpet liner on the right side and its underneath the cd changer if you have the nakamichi stereo. to remove it you just need to take out 4 10mm bolts all are easily accessible. hope that helps.
