Have your catalick converter cut out and jus strait pipe then put a muffler close to the end of the pipe and then it shouldn't give you anymore problems

you could have a bad alternator not keeping the system at the appropriate level of charge. Or check the battery, replace with other known battery that is good and see if this fixes the problem. Clean all battery terminals. Dead shorts in battery can really create problems and sometimes can load test good but on the low side. Try the battery swap first if you have access to one

change serpentine belt or one of the pulleys in seized! remove belt and with hand move all pulleys except for the crank pulley! if your able to move all pulleys then u good! just change belt and tensioner pulley! let mme know what happens when done!

You don't have a clutch in an 02 Montana... or a clutch plate. Thats quite a machine they hooked it to. If it runs good otherwise, you maybe have a partly clogged fuel filter, or bad spark plugs or wires or some other issue. But its not your clutch.
