1994 ford F150 302 5.0L v8 how do i check timing and what are the specs
The specs are 10 degrees. 1st find the timing mark indicator on the front of the engine, clean it off so it is visible, 2nd find the timing mark on the harmonic balancer on the front of the engine(lower pulley), mark it (groove) with white chalk and wipe off excess, this will make it easier to see while engine is running. 3rd find the shorting plug for the distributor, should be on the left hand fender well up by the firewall, 2 wire connector with a grey or black plug stuck in it with no wires coming out. To set timing, hook up timing light, remove shorting plug and observe timing mark while engine is running, it should be steady at 10 degrees, if not loosen distributor lock bolt and rotate distributor until it does. It is very important that the shorting plug be removed, this is the only way to reach base timing (w/o computer). When finished reinstall shorting plug, ignition timing will be advanced by the computer automatically. Hope this helps, let me know.

How to replace wiper motor on a 1994 Ford F-150
Disconnect the wiper arms from the wiper motor linkage by using the pliers to remove the clip.
Locate the wiper motor in the engine compartment on the back firewall and remove it with the proper size wrench. There are three attaching bolts.
Remove the wiper motor by twisting it around if you have to. The wiper arm linkage will come out with it. good-day !

Can't locate fuse box and need a step by step to rule out other things from horn to wires to fuse box etc.
Go to the Autozone.com site and register your vehicle for free. Then scroll to the bottom of the Homepage to the help sections. Some are free and some are pay sites.
The info you want is available Free. Should be under wiring and diagrams
Then go to Diagrams and there will be Power box info which will show Relay locations item by item. Remove the Horn Relay. Replace and switch the relay with a like part #. For testing, an unused Relay when the engine is OFF can be swapped to test.
If the horn will not sound with the different relay, your problem is not with the relay but with a wire or the horn itself.
Please rate my info.

air bag light flashing code 51? Check engine light stays on but does not flash engine codes using EEC iv test just the airbag light flashes code.
If your airbag code is blinking, and you get 51, it means that your internal thermal fuse in your airbag computer is blown which is caused by an intermittant short to ground on one of the wires in the circuit. When the short to the ground is removed, code 51 flashes with the use of the airbag warning lamp, 5 flashes, pause, 1 flash, longer pause. According to the Ford, this is a nonrepairable fix, you must buy a new air bag module which is a blue box located in the vicinity of the the steering column.
