Moon roof won t work
If the fuse is good then I would check the switch itself. They go bad all the time.
Where is the pcv valve
Ford Fusion 2.3L 4 cyl. engine uses 5 W 20 engine oil.
This engine has a serviceable filter for the VCT solenoid.
The filter is accessed from under the valve cover.
At the intake cam thrust cap is a plug with an allen socket head. Remove the plug and the filter is under it. The base part number on the filter is 6C683. There is no specified mileage for replacement.
These engines also use electrically heated PCV valves. The heater in the valve is to prevent icing in the PCV and on the back of the throttle plate. The PCV heater circuits are monitored by the Engine Control Module (ECM) and will set an Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illuminating code if there is a circuit -related fault present.

My 2006 Ford fusion does not release the key from the ignition when it's in park???
You have a problem with THE SHIFT INTERLOCK SYSTEM ! The floor shifter assembly:
- locks the transaxle range selector lever in the PARK position when the ignition switch is in the LOCK position.
- requires the transaxle range selector lever to be in the PARK position to turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
PINPOINT TEST A: THE SHIFT INTERLOCK SYSTEM DOES NOT RELEASE/LOCK CORRECTLY
A1 TEST THE BRAKE LIGHTS - Apply the brake pedal and view the brake lights.
- Do the brake lights illuminate?
Yes GO to A2 .
No REFER to Section 417-01 .
A2 TEST SHIFT INTERLOCK ACTUATOR POWER CIRCUIT - Disconnect: Floor Shifter Harness Connector C3245.
- Key in ON position.
- Measure the voltage between floor shifter harness connector C3245-1, vehicle harness side and ground, while applying the brake pedal. Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
A3 TEST SHIFT INTERLOCK ACTUATOR GROUND CIRCUIT - Key in OFF position.
- Measure the resistance between floor shifter harness connector C3245-4, vehicle harness side and ground. Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes INSTALL a new selector lever. Refer to Selector Lever in this section.
No REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation.
How can I reprogram bcm on 2006 ford fusion
You need a factory scan tool , it only costs about $3,000 ! Does the back lighting work every where else , Instrument cluster , switch on steering wheel, door switch's etc.. If so you have another problem , because all the back lighting is controlled by the SJB - smart junction box , that's what ford calls there body control module !
Car will not go into gear from park
you need to have your foot on the brake pedal and be holding the pedal down. its a safety feature to keep you from accidentally driving away.
Have a Ford fusion 06 Have p0141 code I fix the oxygen sensor but the codes still comes on?
Did you replace the right one ? This code does not necessarily mean the O2 sensor is bad . The code description say O2 heater " CIRCUIT " bank 1 sensor 2 Did you check the wiring , the fuse ?
P0141 - O2 Heater Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
Description:
See the description for DTC P0135.
Possible Causes:
See the possible causes for DTC P0135.
Diagnostic Aids:
See the diagnostic aids for DTC P0135.
Application
Key On Engine Off
Key On Engine Running
Continuous Memory
All
GO to Pinpoint Test DW .
P0135 - O2 Heater Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
Description:
During testing the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) heaters are checked for open and short circuits and excessive current draw. The test fails when the current draw exceeds a calibrated limit or an open or short circuit is detected.
Possible Causes:
- Vacuum hose disconnected on exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system module (ESM) applications
- Short to VPWR in the harness or HO2S
- Water in the harness connector
- Open VPWR circuit
- Open GND circuit
- Low battery voltage
- Corrosion or incorrect harness connections
- Damaged HO2S heater
Diagnostic Aids:
Check the HO2S electrical connector for damage, corrosion, and water intrusion.
Damaged HO2S heater.
Application
Key On Engine Off
Key On Engine Running
Continuous Memory
All
GO to Pinpoint Test DW .

The check engine light won't go out unless you (1) clear the code with a tester or (2) give the computer a chance to determine the problem is no longer there. It has to go thru several test cycles detecting no problem before the computer will turn the light off. You could also have another problem causing an evaporative emission leak (like a vent hose for instance).
