You don't adjust serpentine belts. If you have it on correctly there should be a spring loaded belt tensioner pulley that will get it to the correct tension. If you are talking about the A.I.R. pump (air injection reactor) for the emissions, then it is under the front of the engine compartment near the radiator support. You should be able to follow the hoses from the A.I.R. system off the engine and will find it.
