My ''1993 chevy 1500 Silverado truck suddenly quits and doesn't seem to getting any gas. If I put gas in the carb. it runs until it uses the gas I put in the carb. Mostly stalls when idling or going from a running mode to idle mode. I changed the throttle position sensor. tried pulling the MAP plug, sometime it runs after it stalls with MAP plug or the TPS pulled.
I put a new fuel pump, fuel filter, and a fuel pump relay and the fuel pump is still not coming on. I am not getting any fuel. Can you please tell me what it might be.

92 chevy 1500 5.7 tbi starts and dies. replaced fuel pump and filter, tbi,iac, and tps, still has same problem. fuel spray seems weak at injectors. could it be the module in distrbutor?
Try using a good fuel line/injector cleaner Seafoam is a good one. If this does not help you may have tone or more clogged injectors. Clean these out and you should be good to go. tTo see Seafoam in action goto you tube type Seafoam into the search box.

how do you adjust headlights on a 1993 chevy C1500
if you look at the light, there is an adjustment screw at the top of the light that controls the up and down motion , clockwise will raise the beam, and a screw on the side that controls the side to side motion. the best way to center your lights would be to park the vehicle 25 feet away from a verticle wall. be sure to be very square to the wall and on level ground. make a tape line vertically on the wall in very close relation to the center of the vehicle, and another tape line vertically in very close relation to the center of each headlight. now place a tape line horizontally in very close relation to the center of the headlights. start with low beam adjustment. adjust the high intensity zone to 2 inches below the horizontal line and 2 inches to the inside of the vertical line directly in front of the headlight. for high beam adjustment, adjust so that the high intensity zone is centered on the center vertical line and just below the horizontal line. hope this helps

my 93 chevy truck wont shift into 3rd gear. goes into reverse fine 1st and 2nd gear with no problems and no slipping just wont go into 3rd whats the problem?
I say band adjustment in transmission, have done by shop. might be just a vacuum hose or modulator, but I don't think so

How many quarts of oil does a 1993 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 w/4 wheel drive take? My son wants to change the oil.
4 1/2 to 5, including the filter. Pour in 4, start the motor and run for a minute or two, shut off and recheck oil. Add as needed.

CODE 12 NO ENGINE RPM REFERENCE PULSE SYSTEM NORMAL POSSIBLE CAUSE BAD IGNITION COIL OR BAD IGNITION MODULE IF ENGINE NOT CRANKING GETTING NO SPARK ALSO CHECK IGNITION FUSE MAKE SURE IGNITION COIL GETTING POWER.

I have a 1993 Chevy Silverado, the heater won't plow hot air. It switches like it's suppose to, but no hot air. I've replaced the actuators and flushed the heater core. I have a new radiator, temp. sensorer & radiator cap. Is it the heater core that needs replacing?
Check the water control valve . It most likely isn't letting coolant into the core.
