replace all the felt liners on the window track ,and the inner ,outer seals at the top of door where the glass comes up thru,but also ck' the window regulator attachment to the glass at bottom...kev-mn.

The freeze plugs can be found on either side of the block. They may be hidden from view by the exhaust manifolds but can be seen from underneath.

I've solved this one by letting the computer do the work. I let the engine run rough at about 1500 rpm until the computer caught up with everything and adjusted either the carb or the timing, now it runs better than it did before!

I'm afraid I can't send you a diagram but I see nobody else has sent you one either. So here goes. Your odd numbered cylinders, 1-3-5-7 are on the driver's side front to back. Your even numbered cylinders, 2-4-6-8 are on the pasenger side front to back.
Your distributor cap should have 4 hold down screws placed at 2 o'clock, 5 o'clock, 8 o'clock and 11 o'clock. Your number 1 cylinder is the first plug tower toward the firewall (or behind) the 2 o'clock hold down screw.The distributor runs counter clockwise or backwards and the firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2.
Your timing depends on which model you have. All models except Tornado are timed at 16 degrees before TDC. The Tornado is timed at 12 degrees. The timing also is set with the engine running at 1100 RPM not the traditional idle speed. Hope this helps.

I can't find a engine code 35 but 44 is a lean condition, check for vacuum leaks, Do this use starting fluid or carb cleaner to spray around intake manifold. If the engine smooths out repair the vacuum leak. I hope this helps you, take care.
