sometimes the electric motor will stick. you can try turning it all the way to cold and all the way back to hot a couple of times. my car would work if i did that. the only other thing is to get the electric motor replaced if that dont work.

Check the sound amp in the trunk on the left side if I remember correctly. Also make sure the trunk seal is not allowing water to leak into the trunk. When it does it tends to leak right onto the sound amp which shorts it out and you end up with no sound from the audio system. If the radio itself does not power up then its probably the radio itself.

mine did this and after a good lube up of all the moving parts it no work pefect, it should take about 30 seconds from start to finish, so time it to see how long it takes, then lubricate every moving part on the roof and check againoh by the way these like to be used and the more the goes down the better they operate, so as soon as it stop raining get it down lolhope this solve the problem victor
