Your neutral safety switch needs replaced. When in reverse it must be shorting the ignition. murf427

That fuse is located in the fuse panel under the hood of the vehicle on the drivers side near the battery. Below is a diagram of the fuse layout and I have marked the fuse you are wanting to check (#34). Hope this helps.......

Most radio's have a red power wire coming from the dash, specifically for the radio, which has power when the key is turned to the "Accessory" position. Connecting to this will solve your problem.
