Dashboard lights don't work

Make sure that when you check the fuses you use a test light applied to both sides of the fuse you are testing. It can be very difficult to see a fuse that is blown when the fuse is blown near the edges. PS the dash fuse is by itself and needs to be checked when the light switch is on.

2000 Grand Caravan cranks but doesn't run. If I bypass the automatic shut-down relay it'll run for about 3 seconds, but starts surging and conks out. Both the cam & crank position sensors test oka

the pcm energizes that relay. should be a dark blue wire with a yellow stripe going from pcm pin 67 to pin 8 on power dist center. check all fuses then check wire. Is the check engine light on with key on? Possible bad pcm.

Transmission fuild in radator

Replace the radiator as the oil cooler in the radiator is split allowing transmission oil to get into the radiator. Best option is to use an air cooled transmission cooler mounted before the radiator. Cools the transmission to below ambient temperature ( not engine temperature) , helps the engine to run cooler ( no heat from the transmission) and no risk of oil in the coolant system. The cost of the system will be close to the price of a new radiator

I have a clicking noise coming from my fuse box

Had a caravan that sat idle for a couple of months. When I put a battery in it and tried starting it the asd relay started clicking like a stopwatch and wouldn't stop until the battery was disconnected. Plugged in a code reader and it would start and run as long as it was plugged in, unplug the reader and it would die. Turned out to be corrosion on the secondary ground wire where it bolts onto the negative battery terminal.

Clicking sound near Idler pully

The bearing in the pulley is a single row ball bearing so you can expect a slight side movement in the pulley. Check the drive belt for cracks. Ensure that the belt is running at the top of the pulley and not down in the groove. Lastly if there is no other obvious problems then change the drive belt
