I think there is an access door to the filter from underneath the car near the front bumper

NO .its just telling you that your due a service.(the car not you.)

to reset, push odo buttom hold until put key on w/o start engine several seconds

LOOK UNDER VECHICLE WHERE OIL PAN IS YOU WILL SEE IT.

Were you able to fix it? I'm having the same problem.

If you have a auto zone or advanced auto part store near by they will do this for free

when it co,e to alxus i strongly recommend you sitc to the dealer for servicing,they keep all records of servicing , and it insures car warrantee

please explain what the trunk release has to do with the drivers window? as to the window only going half way down or up depending on how u look at it, does it move at all when u lay with the switch for that window? if it does try spraying the windows guide channels with spray Silicone lubricant to free up the window, if that is not the case then the window motor is most like defective and the door must come apart to replace the regulator assembly, this is not for the average do it yourself tech.

Check in your vehicle owners manual that came with the car, there is usually an explanation of how to do this.

what i am wondering is if they replaced the sensors when they replaced the tires. if so it may not be programmed for the car which is why the light is on, if not (which most shops wont) they may have broke one during the installation process.

There have been very limited issues with this engine, often times they are sporadic and hard to pinpoint, but Lexus takes the correct approach, rather than leave you hanging. Once an intermittent problem comes to light they will work very hard to make you happy, as long as they can pinpoint it. Tolerance for assembly in a Lexus is 3 times as stringent as a Toyota, you are driving the number 1 brand in reliability 14 years running
The 3.5 liter engine is shared by the GS, best selling RX and the IS350 and several Toyota vehicles as well.. It is VERY reliable but the odd one has an issue.
Relax , enjoy your free loaner and the ES when it returns...for many more miles.....You said it all , they are picking up the car for you, that is service!!!!!

It is required in the USA that tire pressure settings are on a label attached to the driver's side door frame or the door itself. It is in plain view. Look for it. Read it.
