it may be a wiring problem,it could be a bad earth wire connection or power wire connection, what appears to be happening is you have good lights one minute & the next minute they are bad, when they are bad is when there is a power drop in the system, you need to check all the wiring & connections to see if you can find where the problem is.......hope this helps......cheers.
I left the left front
sounds like the safty switch for disabling the remote operation of the windows is the problem you need to replace it
I have a 2005 Subaru
Hello,
If the front park lamps are on as well then check to see if the rocker switch on top of the steering column is switched so that the orange/red side of the switch is exposed. If you see orange/red, then switch it the other way and your problem should be corrected. That switch is the park lamp override and turns on the park lamps when the ignition is off, if needed. If that isn't the case then you should check each of the park/brake lamp bulbs to see if the 2 lead contacts on the bottom of the bulbs have melted to the point of touching, this will cause a short to power and turn on the lights even when the ignition is off. I hope this info helps.
My 2002 forester started misfiring
Hi Jared, it sounds like your on the right track. This flashing Engine light is normal when you have a missfire thats constant and is bad enough to damage the cataylst. I think the coil is the culprit, based on the time it takes to start misfiring it could be that the computer is aware of a problem in the coil and is shutting down number 3 injector to keep from washing down the rings. I would replace that coil pack and retest. I would mention to keep in mind also that carbon build up on the back of the valves can cause this also, however it is usually more noticable when cold and on intial startup. If the coil dosen't fix it, try some top engine cleaner like seafoam.
My Forester has 111,000 miles
if you have had the vehicle serviced regularly & have a mechanic that does the job properly you shouldn't have any problems....cheers.
Whats involved in replacing leaking
Not knowing what year, make, and model your vehicle is makes it a little harder to give you an estimate. If you own a Subaru, you must remove the entire dash to get to the heater box which contains the heater core. If you do not work on cars for a living, I would not recommend this as a "Do it yourself" job. I hope this info helps.
My 99 subrau forester s
hi sounds like the common problem of idle control valve playing up best bet is get it checked by an auto electrician as the prob only gets worse
Can't open car door due
Any car that can not be opened with a key instead of a remote, should be junked. That is really, really dumb. But you can always pry up a corner of the hood, use a long hook to release the catch, and change the battery.
My 2006 suby's battery went
Next time your suby looses battery power your going to have to disconnect the battery when charging it,And yes it the computer out of whack its the long fuel trim that you removed reset it, idle the car part throttle it maybe around 1300 RPM then let it Idle another 4 minutes this time turn A/C on, before you just drive it off, you should be fine now your idle control is now relearning that why you stalled,
I need to disable my
There isn't an option to disable the passenger side airbag on these vehicles. Other than trying to re-wire something but that's not going to be a good idea in my mind.
Clutch goes to floor and
Hi, In this case you have to bleed out the air in hydraulic clutch (release bearing).
Good luck.
It sounds like something is
You could possibly need new brake pads. Have you checked the brakes? Also, sometimes a small rock can get lodged in the brakes causing a noise like that.
Good Luck!
