Try replacing the bottom intercooler pipe with a silicon one the rubber pipe fitted as standard gets oil contamination and deteriorates/splits reducing pressure/boost to the turbo causing lack of power and eventually limp mode. Silicon pipes dont suffer from this problem and should hopefully solve your problem.

Have a coolant system pressure test carried out to find out if there are any leaks in the system also replace the coolant pressure sensor as it may be faulty.

Assuming coolant level is ok the fault must surely be on the sensor side. Check wiring thoroughly, including cleanliness, terminal connections, continuity, damage, etc.. I would recommend plugging in the OBD 2 code scanner to see if you get a code fault. Also, the new sensor could be faulty (unlikely but possible) or the wiring at the back of the dashboard could be a poor connection (particularly if there is other dashboard issues). In my experience it will be something simple like a bad, dirty or corroded connection in the wiring terminals. As long as the coolant level is ok its just a minor issue!

This make is not sold in the USA so have very little knowledge of the problems they have. I suspect this is a diesel engine? If so did you fill the fuel filter up before you installed it? If not remove it and fill it and reinstall.

Don't know these cars, but I wonder if there's a safety switch that might have been triggered? Apparently, if you hold the boot shut whilst pressing the boot open button for a few seconds, the system will reset itself. Not tried, so can't verify....
