Disconnecting the battery will make it worse. Take it to the dealership or a really good auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer. That can pull up all the electrical issues. I suspect the body Control Module has a fault.

most likely it is one of your belts or serpentine belt,probably just worn or loose, probably does it worse when turning the wheel back and forth during idle also...

It is supplied as a kit from Lexus (Toyota).

how long ago were tyres fitted? if very recently take back to who fitted them
