I have a Honda Accord
Did not say what year is the Accord. On my 1997 Accord, it was a valve adjustment. Then finally, a new set of spark plugs that finally did the work. Had two incorrect plugs and were firing or had difficulty of firing up.

Need wiring diagram for 96 honda accord power windows
If this is any help you need to check the voltage with your meter between the two wire, do not put one lead of your meter to the plug and then the other to a ground, that's not how it works. Again you need to put one lead of you meter to on side of the plug and the other lead in the other, now try you switch up and down you should get at least a 12 volt reading on up and down, they usually have a really that switch the 2 wire so depending on weather you are trying to go up or down determines witch wire has the 12 volts and witch wire is the ground at that time, so if you read between the two wire you should get 12 volts if you don't then ether you switch is bad or there is a bad relay. Or you may have a bad ground, it look like you checked and found that there is 12 volts at the plug you have lost the ground side with in that Circuit So That this is so long I am a talker I hope this helps.

Does the car turn over when you turn the key? If it is not turning over at all then it is not your time belt. You may have unplugged something like the starter wire.

1992 honda accord ex signal relay replacement
If the relay coil is still working, you'll hear it clicking at it switches the globe on & off.
It may be a mission to get your head / ears in the space to locate the exact one.
Pharmacies sell medical stethoscopes for a few bucks.
This is a useful tool for 'extending' your ears.
Otherwise straighten a wire coat-hanger, U-bend at human ear end to prevent injury.
Curve so that opposite point touches relay bodies until you hear clicking on ear-pressed wire loop.
If not working, I'd suggest trying a workshop / service manual, then look for 'electrical layout'.
In the meantime, I'll see if any of my neighbors has this car, and hopefully a manual for it.
Good luck.

2005 Honda Accord passenger door doesn't open from inside or outside
Probably the link rod that operates the release lever for the door lock has broken or come off. You will obviously have to have the door open to remove the inner door panel to access it. Try winding the window down and having a look down inside the door with a torch to see where the lever is and try and push / pull it with a coat hanger to open the door.

I HAVE A 1996 HONDA
Yes it will, BUT, the check engine light WILL eventually come back on and same problem will occur. You need go to the dealership and find out where the speedometer sensor is located and replace it. It could be, and most likely, located in the rear/differential housing.
