Check the Fuel Ignition Relay. It may be stuck in ON.

Probable cause is a 12V supply has been fed to the Fuel Ignition relay that holds it to ON. Or it could be stuck in ON. Look for a relay with a width the size of a cigarette pack but shorter in length. plastic cover usually brownish in color. It will be located quite close to the ECU.

Usually something in the rails blocking it. using compressed air try blowing down the rails to clear them. also try using a thin metal rod, i find if you dismantle a long wiper blade you will find 2 flat metal rods which are perfect for dislodging any foreign objects in the rails. Hope this helps.
