First: The Forester's radio/Bluetooth is almost brain dead. We should ALL demand Subaru to provide firmware (software) update to correct to numerous problems with this system. To somewhat correct your problem: 1. Reserve a big amount of time and patient. It will be painful! 2. Navigate the menus to reset all the radio's Bluetooth settings. Make sure that no phone or device is paired with the radio. 3. Reconnect (pair) your phone to the radio by pressing the TALK button on the steering wheel and follow the voice prompts. Do not pair your phone to the radio by pressing buttons on the radio. NOTE: ONLY ONE PHONE can be connected to the Subaru's radio system and used automatically when starting the car. Kind-of. Have a key fob? if so, lock it down. Open it with the fob. This should disable security.

If your battery is good you have a current draw somewhere. Do you have any aftermarket or non Subaru things installed? Like a radio, remote starter or a hardwired GPS or the like? If improperly installed they are often the cause of a draw on your battery. I've seen batteries that test good with a load tester after taking a full charge but will still not HOLD a charge. If there's no aftermarket stuff installed, I think you most likely have a bad battery.

No - bleeding can be done well statically. Use a bleed tool to help get it right. After complete - check vacuum lines to master cylinder for cracks or leaks.
