I would check how it works to go elsewhere on the internet. If that is fine, I would wait for a bit for it to connect to the appstore. If it is a mail program that you are using to get to gmail, there are configurations that you may need to make to allow you to connect with a mail client.

When you reset, make sure your SD card is not in the slot. Take it out and look for any apps on your SD card using a windows computer and a SD hub. Using windows explorer delete anything you don't recognize using windows. Then reset your tablet again, using a USB cord and SD hub to connect your tablet to windows. If you are under 25 years of age, I have a pretty good idea why that is......if not, and you are not a completely incompetent stick shift driver, then I would assume that there was something defective in the clutch or it wasn't properly installed. If this is in a new car, if there is a defective materials issue, warranty should cover it regardless of the fact that it is a clutch. But it may be hard to prove as defective.
