it has to do with programs..do you have the program for the zeepad in the computer? if not it wont talk to it

how can i unlock the screen. i charged the Bat for six hours and held down the power button but the screen shows locked

When you turn it on, what should appear is a little lock that you slide down to unlock the screen. If you are getting a blank screen there is probably something technical wrong with your zeepad. I would contact the company,particularly if you are still under warranty. I have had mine almost a year and have had no problems with it. When not in use, I keep it plugged in to keep it charged up. Have you charged it the full 8 hours before using?: Other than that, I am at a loss as to your problem. Wish I could be more help.

1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds. 2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password. 3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser. 4.
