Cigarette Lighter Outlet Doesn't Work; Fuse Still Intact
If the cigarette lighter has been in use for cigarettes ... it could be that the contacts within lighter outlet contact points are heat damaged and connection to auxiliary device may not be made electrically ... You could test if you had a voltmeter ... but if you can visibly see heat damage... perhaps you could try scratching any obvious tarnished metal contact point with screw driver... . (the central contact point is the one that is likely to be tarnished requiring cleaning) unless it is a loose electrical conection gone bad... but that would require removing the cigarette lighter.
Note: recommend to remove the cigarette lighter fuse before attempting to insert a metal object into the cigarette lighter... else sparks may fly and the fuse will/or should blow.
good luck.

Fuel door come off
normally its just a couple of small bolts that you can get at when the flap is in the open position, so pull the remaining hinge piece out, hold the flap in place against it in the ope position and insert and tighten the bolts, you may have to wedge it with something as the spring will want to close it..

I have a 1999 ford ranger 2.5L , im trying to
Here's the best advice I can give you. If you have never done this before, don't try. The bolts and the block where the bolts go in are aluminum. If you tighten those bolts even just a little to hard, the aluminum can crack or the bolts can break off. I do not think anyone will charge too much to change a thermostat for you.

2001 Cadillac Deville Northstar Engine thermostat location
4.6 Northstar V8. It is located on the rear of engine (driver side) in front. It is in the the water pump housing cover. Remove air box and intake tube and bottom radiator hose. 2 bolts(believe 10mm) on thermostat housing. These systems are a little finicky about air pockets....so fill slowly and let run at idle until operating temp and let cool and check level.....fill as needed and repeat if needed.
