West Bend does not support parts for mixers.

Hi, Please reach out to sellers on Ebay and Amazon that sell your brand of product and request the beaters for your mixer. You can also call your local Target to see if they have the beaters in stock. Thank you.

The beater with the nylon pad should be making contact (if it is still on the beater) when the head is lowered into the bowl. This is what rotates the bowl. If it's not making contact, lift the head and look at the area where it pivots, and you will see the adjustment screw. Loosen the lock nut and turn the screw "in" to lower the head more. Check for contact and when it is sufficient, tighten locknut.

try emailing manufacturer and or calling customer care and asking them just explain your needs and and ask them how you can order them .
