Vivotek IP - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

There are plenty of free software downloads on the Vivotek website http://www.vivotek.com/web/download/download.aspx. You may need to change the IP address or gateway to actually see it in your router. Be sure to change the gateway to match your router and then assign an IP address that does not conflict with anything else on your network.

You have to enter the IP address of camera and clear user and password before it will work.abit like routers. Try 192.168.0.1 if not that then 192.168.1.1 you might get a walk through on google.

Hi, Need more details but you must know most IP cameras doesn't have a built in memory card so you must use software on your computers (try BING or google it) for downloading the software, and must know this software may works just in time when built in camera configurations settings properly done, (try to config it with finding its ip address in user manual and use it in internet explorer address bar. Please consider it, this solution may help you only if you have enough information about how to set up IP cameras. if not try to ask some near expert. best regards

Hello Anand, For the functions which you want any of the supreme series of the VIVOTEK line up will perform the functions which you want the system to perform. Mostly it depends on the software and settings which the unit is programmed to function upon. Also the positioning of the camera determines a lot of the capability and function the unit will be able to carry out. Visit the dealership closest to you for the best prices available.

I got the driver of Vivotek IP7138 but not the Driver from IP3132 but both of them comes in same Model (Check here See second last one).So you can use this driver.You can get the drivers from HERE.
