Led blinking Three times means B+ over voltage protection (OVP), unit goes to the standby mode then displays the 3 blink fault. Hi, this depends on the version of the copier that you're using. Usually, if you check in the settings/print section, you'll see an option for features like 2-sided printing, number of copies etc. You should also find the option for choosing color/non-color here as well. Make sure all connections are free of debri....USB connections can become wallerd out so to speak and create the intermittant problem... Built in keyboard could have been loosened underneath the keyboard on notebook is a flexible connection that if pc has been droped or fallen so to speak could be needing to be reseated........
