How do i remove back

Welcome to Fixya

Here's the procedure:

1. Shutdown the laptop and remove the AC adapter. Disconnect any devices, such as a printer or external DVD-ROM or drive, that are attached to the laptop
2. Remove the laptop battery. Turn the laptop upside down, slide the battery release latch and then pull the battery out of the bay.
3. Unscrew the hard drive cover. Grab the hard drive tab and shift the hard drive to the left to unplug it. Lift the hard drive out of the bay.
4. Unscrew and remove the PCI memory cover, the optical drive cover, and switch cover.
5. Unscrew the two screws that hold the keyboard to the base, these are located in the middle of the rear panel. Flip the laptop over so it is right side up, open and remove the keyboard by using the keyboard release switches located above the keyboard. Next, unplug the Toshiba Qosmio E15-AV101 Fan cable.
6. Close the laptop and turn it over so it is bottom up. Unscrew the display assembly screws located under the laptop screen hinges. Turn the laptop over so it is right side up. Open the laptop and unplug the display assembly cable and disconnect the wireless antenna from the display assembly. Unscrew the display assembly from the laptop base and remove.
7. Unplug the mouse pad cable. Turn the laptop over so the bottom side is up and unscrew the base screws which are located along all four sides of the laptop base. Gently remove the base of the laptop.
8. Turn the laptop over so it is right side up. Unplug the fan cable from the circuit board. Unscrew the screws holding the Toshiba Qosmio E15-AV101 CPU fan assembly to the laptop. Lift the fan assembly out of the laptop.
9. Insert the new Toshiba Qosmio E15-AV101 CPU fan assembly into the lap top. Screw the assembly unit to the lap top and plug the Toshiba Qosmio E15-AV101 CPU cooling fan cable into the circuit board.
10. Reassemble the laptop by repeating the previous steps in reverse order.

Touch pad does not work.

Hi,

If it is not locked, reinstall the touchpad driver, but it this still doesn't work, boot to Safe Mode to check if it does. Touch pad still not responding in Safe Mode would mean hardware failure.

Hope this helps.

My qosmio toshiba model x505-q882

If it isn't already, try plugging it in, it might have run out of battery power. Otherwise, you would have to remove the top shell of the computer (where the keyboard is housed) to get to your power button to make sure it's plugged into the motherboard properly, unless it's still under warranty, in which case, you could send it in and have them do it for you, so long as it wasn't the first problem. If it's not under warranty, and plugging it in won't work, just post a comment here, and I'll help you with making sure the power button is plugged in.

Toshiba G35 bios password

Read my instructions here to reset the BIOS password: http://www.fixya.com/support/r7229632-reset_or_remove_bios_password

Before you proceed please be aware that most Toshiba laptops have the CMOS battery soldered to the motherboard and you will need a soldering kit to remove it and put it back.

Hi i have problem with

You can try downloading the most recent video drivers from the nvidia web site and installing them.

Other than that you would probably need to contact Toshiba tech support. Based on the information you provided it sounds like your video card is having a hardware issue. It's the reason you see the same lines on both monitors.

Need to clear bios password

Laptops can be quite tricky to clear out. Only thing I can do is tell you to unplug the laptop. Remove the battery. Try to turn it on for about 10 seconds repeatedly ( this drains latent power from the main board) Put the battery back in, plug it in and give it a whirl. Hopefully that will be enough to clear the bios.

My qosmio f15 av201 no

Have you tried downloading the most recent driver from the Toshiba support site? The site can be found here: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp Select your laptop's make and model, and look for the category "Driver" and "Sound". There should be a link to download the ADI WDM Audio Driver. Install that driver on your system and reboot.

I have what appears to

Sounds like it would be a good idea to have your laptop serviced by a computer engineer, there are things that can be done to reduce the heat over the GPU...for instance...in most laptops the heatsink is shared by the CPU and the GPU with (in most cases) a small heat pad on the GPU to draw the heat away, this small pad can be replaced with a copper shim and heatsink compound which makes a big difference, also while the engineer is in there he/she can remove any fluff and dust from the fan which might not be helping the matter. A senceable engineer should be able to do this for around £30-40.

Hope this helps

Is the problem Consistent? By this i mean does it occur at a set amount of time into its use?
This sounds like it could be an overheating issue. Check to see if it turns off sooner when doing something CPU intensive, and if it turns off even sooner after you turn it on again. Try cooling the laptop somehow.
