My Toshiba F45AV410 won't boot after turning it

It's a vague description...A/If you see a blank screen and you can hear some noises... it will be the screen (LCD) , Plug it into a computer Monitor and see if you get a picture off it. B/If you get nothing, no sound and no screen it will be power related. It is either your external power supply or the internal power in the computer. If you have another external power supply, try that or if it is the internal power supply you will need a repair person to fix it.

Give this a try you probably have a mbr virus.Download The following iso listed below. It is the latest version of the Kaspersky rescue disk. You need to burn it to a CD with a program like Imgburn (Which is also FREE like the iso file). Then you need to boot from the CD and run the scanner.
