That was the correct location. My error was not leaving one memory stick installed. Held the screwdriver on the B500 points while powering and waited for it to turn itself off. Removed screwdriver from B500 points and powered it back on.

check toshiba site to see what those lights mean buddy ior try alternating the ram sticks if you have more than 1 from what i have read its a ram problem
