Press alarm set button, time display will blink. Then press off/reset button to toggle hourly beep on/off.

First turn off the radio feature of the clock by pressing and holding the Mode/Alarm Reset button. That is the right-most button on the top of the clock as you look down on it from the front. You may need to do this step twice to see Off in the display. Next press and hold the Preset/Clock button on the far left. Now use the Hour and Min buttons (the two buttons to the right of the Preset button) to set the current time. When the correct time is flashing, press the Preset/Clock button. The display should stop flashing and the clock will run. I hope this helps. HelloThe backlight LED of your Timex clock has got weak. It should be replaced. But it is really a skilled work as, you have to disassemble the display unit. If you are aware in electronics and have skill to do this work, you can do it by yourself. Otherwise, it will be best to get it replaced by any experienced service technician. OK.

There is a switch on left side. It shows "time setter". Keep the switch at that position. And press "hour" and "minute" buttons to reset the time.
