viruses dont affect a dvd player however it does seem that maybe there is an issue with the dvd player panel if its opened up and the picture of it remains even after restarting the dvd player with no disk then the LCD panel needs replacement if you meant a computer please install Zemana AntiMalware or Malwarebytes AntiMalware on your pc and do a full system scan also use ADWCleaner as well

I assume you mean the TV/DVD player. There is an Eject button on the front panel of the TV. This is the fourth button from the right. (The power button is the right-most button.)
