Starbucks Barista Espresso Machine leaks water every time it's on
If your Starbucks Barista Espresso Machine is leaking water every time it is turned on, it is possible that there may be a problem with the water supply system or the seals on the machine. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check the water tank and water lines for any visible signs of damage or leaks. Make sure that the water tank is properly seated and that the water lines are securely connected.
- Check the seals on the machine, such as the gasket on the steam wand and the seals on the water pump and boiler. Make sure that these seals are properly installed and not damaged.
- If the issue persists, it is possible that there may be a problem with the water pump or another internal component of the machine. In this case, it will likely be necessary to have a qualified technician inspect the machine to diagnose the problem and recommend the necessary repairs.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else I can assist with.

Probably block from old dryup milk try to unblock passing a little wire to see lf its that be carefull you might have some pressure in there
Barista burr grinder,
Check the paddle wheel under the lower (conical) burr. You should be able to see vertical paddles that move the ground coffee. If any are broken or missing (very common if you've used rice intead of Grindz to clean the burrs) you need a new paddle wheel, which you can buy from Baratza.

MY Saeco italia has been leaking everytime it
it is also possible that the leak came from the pump as well most likely your lines are also clogged up with fine ground coffee past the brewer which stops the water from flowing and causes excess pressure which eventually either busts a water line or makes the pump push the water out past the caseing of the machine. Very time consuming finding the leak as well as replaceing the parts that are broken. If you have any further questions message me back. Thanks Rick p.s just curious because i ask all customers dealing with coffee and expressor machines what was the grind set to when you ground your coffee?
Pods not opening
This is quite common for those machines. Try to not open it completely and push the pod in, until it stops falling any further. then close the lid and you should feel some back pressure while doing so. If not, then plrease bring the machine back to the retailer.
Water light can't be reset
I got my machine for Christmas and I have had the same problem almost everyday. Usually wiping down the water supply area worked but not today.. I have spent the past hour and a half trying everything I read online. Finally after reading the gray thing that floats in the water tank was a magnet I decided to maybe try to "reactivate" the magnent/sensor?.? I dumped all the water out and rubbed the magnet up and down the outside of the water tank making the gray block move up and down.. I even rubbed the magnent on the black surface where the water tank goes and the gray thing-e touches when attached.. To my surprise It worked!! It may have been pure coincidence..I dont know..but I figured I'd share anyway..It's worth a try!
