Safety key is installed? No response from key presses usually indicates a "halt"state for the upper control "brains" like when the safety key is pulled. You can also try jatinah electronics for further help.

Remove cover at front of treadmill,4 pillips screws on each side, 2 screws at front. Lift off plastic cover. Loosen motor belt tightener at top of motor mount ,remove 4 11/16 " nuts holding motor to treadmill base, remove red and black motor wires from control board. Lift motor out.

check the over load reset button ,motor,switch etc.

check the motor ,it could have a reset button,or maybe the switch.
