The main board is having an issue thats why the inputs wont switch.

does it have sound? if so look on your remote control for a button labled energy saving. this keeps the picture off but keeps the sound on.the button maybe green.

what is the code for soyo tv 32" lcd to activate my digital remote to use it for all functions instead of using two remotes one to turn off and on and the other to navigate.

Try the Code Search Feature
1. press TV button (the white one) ultil all the light comes on
2. press the big power button (not the tv one)
3. press the up arrow (channel up button) and you may have to press many time... you have to press till the tv turn off then you stop and press #
then the remote will save the current code

if you want to know the code saved in remote:
1.Press TV button(white one)until all light comes on then release
2. press the # twice
3. watch the tv button it will flashes corresponding for the remote code ex:
for code 521
it will flask like this * * * * * pause * * pause *

Do you have sound? If you have sound but no picture, it is possible you have a backlight problem. Let me know

Not a solution but a suggestion, the 43 page user manual if you have it or can find it (I looked and saw only a reference to it being 43 pages) will almost certainly have the information on how to unlock the keyboard, find that and you should be able to unlock it.

1826 is the only one I can find. Hope it works
