Open sonos play 5
Okay, so I literally just took mine apart, a screw came out that was holding the subwoofer in place and it was causing horrible distortion and vibration. First off there are a bunch of screws you need to remove, all phillips heads thank god. The front grill just needs a little bit of tender pulling, start at the seams on the sides and pry it out, its only held in there by some velcro material on the front and how tight the sides slide into the rest of the unit, so it shouldnt be too hard to remove. Once it's off you will see all of the screws that need to be pulled out, they are all the same length and there should be 6 of them. After that you will need to flip the Play 5 upside down and pull off the rubber bottom plate, its held on with a tacky adhesive but its pretty easy to pull off. You will see that there are now a bunch more screws to undo at this point, including 2 stickers over two of the screws saying if you remove or break you void the warranty (Sonos warranty is 1 year, so if it's beyond that, go for it). You pull off those screws as well, pretty sure there are 6 of one size and 2 of a skinnier size. This will easily remove the bottom plate. From there you can now access a few more screws that will then allow you into the system. I hope that this can help you fix it or you got brave and tried it yourself at this point.
Can I connect my sonos zp120 to my home receiver
Hello. Yes you can use it. The receiver will have a wired output that you would use to connect to your receiver. Without knowing exactly what makes and models you have, I have have to know that first before I could tell you exactly what your connection options you have, but not to worry, there will be 1 or more methods by which you can connect it.Regards,Dave
