Sole treadmill f63 E5 error on startup. Never used

E5 brand new is either a bad MCB or loose connection. Check the connection on the controller ( red plug ) sometimes they use to much glue and it pulls the connect out when it drys.

Why is the the resistance on my sole e55 remaining easy to spin regardless of which resistance setting I select?

Belt could have come off. if the belt did break or come of it would be very easy to spin pedals. Flywheel ( brake ) could have jammed up. Loosen the covers and look for the brake cable that's connected to the resistance motor. Then run the resistance up to 20. If cable feels loose , the brake is stuck. Sometimes you can pull on the cable and it will free it up.

How do I disassemble a sole e25 elliptical? - Sole Fitness E25 SOLE Elliptical

Sup, my elliptical-lovin' friend! Taking apart the Sole E25 Elliptical is actually pretty easy-peasy. Here's what you need to do: 1. Unplug the machine from the wall outlet and move it to an open area where you have enough space to work. 2. Remove the covers that are located on the base of the machine. These covers are held in place with screws that you'll need to unscrew using a standard Phillips head screwdriver. 3. After the base covers are removed, you'll see the ramps that hold the pedal arms. Use a wrench to remove the bolts that hold the ramps in place. 4. Next, remove the pedals by loosening the bolts that hold them onto the pedal arms. Once the bolts are removed, the pedals should slide right off. 5. Finally, remove the console and the handlebars by loosening the bolts that hold them onto the upright post. And that's it! You've successfully disassembled your Sole E25 Elliptical. When you're ready to put the machine back together, just reverse these steps. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! One last tip: make sure to keep all of the screws and bolts in a safe place so that you don't lose them. Trust me, you don't want to be stuck searching for a missing bolt when you're trying to put the machine back together. Happy disassembling!

SOLE F63 powers on, but won't start. Some buttons and fan suddenly do nothing.

Hi, please perform a factory reset on your machine and check that all keys function once this has been done. Then, you can attempt to start your machine again. If the keys don't function after the reset, then you'll need to schedule a repair for those. Thank you.

Treadmill will not enter Factory Settings or Engineering mode. Can I reset the software? I spoke with Sole and they cannot help.

Idk how old your treadmill is but sole offers very good warranties on some parts even up to 5 years so maybe you can have them go out and repair it for you BUT from the sound of it they could not help you out so the only thing left is to do simple troubleshooting. You can try just resetting the power switch, to off. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet and leave the machine be for about three minutes. Reconnect and switch back on, then just Press and Hold the START, STOP, and ENTER key at the same time, until it displays "engineering mode" (it might say maintenance depending on the version) then just press the ENTER key. If it works you can scroll through the menu with the SPEED UP and DOWN keys. If it does not let you still, you might have an issue in your console and it needs replacing but it is not limited to just the console, there could also be an issue with a component on the Main Board (Circuit Board) or other electrical components. Hope this helps! Sadly we do not carry any sole products yet, but we would be happy to help you find a technician in your area to come out and help. You can give us a call at 888-713-2880 or talk with us by chat at www.sportsmith.net Good luck on the repair :)

Left side of sole E20 keeps popping off track

I have a Sole E 25 it worked fine for several years then the rollers kept coming off the t outside of the right track. I removed the track and the wheels and the tee shaped end with the brass bushings and switched them to the opposite side that never comes off. After switching the parts from side to side the right still came off the outside and the left stayed on. Since the different parts did not make any difference i knew buying new parts would not do any good. I saw that Sole made a replacement track for their single wheel machines that had a side on it to keep the roller from coming. They do not make a replacement for the double track so I make my own. I used a 1/2 thick by 2 ft. long by 4 in. high piece of white plastic I had laying around to use as a guide to keep the wheels on the track. I also used a 1/4 in. by 2ft. long by 1 5/8 wide piece of plywood to space it away so the rollers would clear the white plastic. I drilled 3 holes through the plastic and plywood them marked the black round steel tubes that support the aluminum tracks that the wheels ride on. Make sure and drill the steel a little smaller than the sheet metal screws so they will hold. I used 3- 1 1/4 sheet metal screws to anchor the plastic and plywood to the eliptical. I used plastic because it would be quieter and less friction than steel or plywood. I works great again. 20220309_203753-azgp1rnuvomd2t2suolr3ued-d-0.jpg 20220309_203753-azgp1rnuvomd2t2suolr3ued-d-1.jpg

Treadmill Elevaton Error

There are a few things you may need to check. You already tried calibration. Next thing I would do is check the sensor wire from the incline to the controller. Make sure its properly plugged into the controller. The controller can also be an issue. If someone was tampering with the unit, the sensor wire could be plugged into the wrong connector as there is another connector that will fit. After putting together my sole f60 treadmill the display wont turn on, it gets a clicking noice, connections are connected. any idea where to start

Hook up the main harness . Make sure you didn't plug one of the connections up backwards. Hooking them up backwards will cause the incline to go all the way up and the display will not come on.
