How do I disassemble a sole e25 elliptical? - Sole Fitness E25 SOLE Elliptical
Sup, my elliptical-lovin' friend! Taking apart the Sole E25 Elliptical is actually pretty easy-peasy. Here's what you need to do:
1. Unplug the machine from the wall outlet and move it to an open area where you have enough space to work.
2. Remove the covers that are located on the base of the machine. These covers are held in place with screws that you'll need to unscrew using a standard Phillips head screwdriver.
3. After the base covers are removed, you'll see the ramps that hold the pedal arms. Use a wrench to remove the bolts that hold the ramps in place.
4. Next, remove the pedals by loosening the bolts that hold them onto the pedal arms. Once the bolts are removed, the pedals should slide right off.
5. Finally, remove the console and the handlebars by loosening the bolts that hold them onto the upright post.
And that's it! You've successfully disassembled your Sole E25 Elliptical. When you're ready to put the machine back together, just reverse these steps. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
One last tip: make sure to keep all of the screws and bolts in a safe place so that you don't lose them. Trust me, you don't want to be stuck searching for a missing bolt when you're trying to put the machine back together. Happy disassembling!
Treadmill will not enter Factory Settings or Engineering mode. Can I reset the software? I spoke with Sole and they cannot help.
Idk how old your treadmill is but sole offers very good warranties on some parts even up to 5 years so maybe you can have them go out and repair it for you BUT from the sound of it they could not help you out so the only thing left is to do simple troubleshooting.
You can try just resetting the power switch, to off. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet and leave the machine be for about three minutes.
Reconnect and switch back on, then just Press and Hold the START, STOP, and ENTER key at the same time, until it displays "engineering mode" (it might say maintenance depending on the version) then just press the ENTER key.
If it works you can scroll through the menu with the SPEED UP and DOWN keys.
If it does not let you still, you might have an issue in your console and it needs replacing but it is not limited to just the console, there could also be an issue with a component on the Main Board (Circuit Board) or other electrical components.
Hope this helps!

Treadmill Elevaton Error
There are a few things you may need to check. You already tried calibration. Next thing I would do is check the sensor wire from the incline to the controller. Make sure its properly plugged into the controller. The controller can also be an issue. If someone was tampering with the unit, the sensor wire could be plugged into the wrong connector as there is another connector that will fit.
