It wont turn on
Could be a problem with the AC cycles. European gear is usually 50 cycles and so is their electricity. Or it could be a voltage issue.
When you travel abroad with your gear you must make sure that the juice available where ever you go is compatible with your equipment lest you risk equipment damage/failure.
Was dropped and now no power light comes on can I fix it
It could be that the hard drive is probably loose and is no longer connected to the enclosure sata controller. You can open the enclosure to see if something came loose. If it did then reconnect the parts and try to power it up. Worse case, you will have to get another enclosure for the hard drive should the enclosure is no longer operable. This is to say there was no damage down to the hard drive. Make sure warranty has expired before voiding warranty by opening enclosure.

HOW TO PLAY MUSIC IN MY CAR
You will have to buy an aftermarket radio that has a USB port that supports all media file types. (Most brands do) you would have to remove your factory radio. Buy a wiring harness that matches your make, model, and year of your vehicle. Attach harness and install the new radio. Plus hard drive into USB port and you're good to go.
