Use SIM 03-11 to check the shifter motor operations. Check connection of the harness/connector of the shifter motor. Replace the shifter motor. Replace the MCU PWB.

I know this is from months ago but I'll post this reply so people in the future can see it: You probably need to do an image memory clear on the machine to clear out the corrupted print job, delete it from the queue on your computer, then reboot the machine. To do an image memory clear on a Sharp MX-4111N: 1. double tap the home button 2. touch the firmware version in the bottom right corner(it doesn't look like a button but it is) 3. a number pad will pop up, hit P * C * 4. you should now be in the simulation menu, hit 66, Mono, 10, mono, execute, yes. Give the machine a minute to process, then it should reboot automatically. If at this point you cannot print, you need to clear the print queue on each computer and do another image memory clear. If the light is steady, check the paper in your paper tray (or bypass tray, if that is currently selected). Add paper. If there is paper in the tray, try putting fewer sheets in the tray. If the tray is too full, sometimes the printer can't pick up the paper. Similarly, if the tray is nearly empty, try adding paper. Next consider taking all of the paper out and refilling the tray with paper from a new (just opened) ream. If the paper picks up atmospheric moisture, it can warp and be hard for the pick up rollers to handle. If these steps don't solve the issue, the problem may be the paper pickup rollers themselves. The printer may need service. (If it is under warranty, contact the manufacturer.) Welcome to Fixya. If your encountering a Service Code U2-40 on your Sharp AR-M257 all you need to do is to reset the machine.

Press # - Interrupt - C - Interrupt then press 16 then Start or Ok key
