I know this is from months ago but I'll post this reply so people in the future can see it:
You probably need to do an image memory clear on the machine to clear out the corrupted print job, delete it from the queue on your computer, then reboot the machine.
To do an image memory clear on a Sharp MX-4111N:
1. double tap the home button
2. touch the firmware version in the bottom right corner(it doesn't look like a button but it is)
3. a number pad will pop up, hit P * C *
4. you should now be in the simulation menu, hit 66, Mono, 10, mono, execute, yes.
Give the machine a minute to process, then it should reboot automatically. If at this point you cannot print, you need to clear the print queue on each computer and do another image memory clear.
